A Possible chance to hit Hollywood for Lakshmi Rai

James Cameron who is a well known director and has directed films like the Avatar 3D and the titanic was recently seen in Abu Dhabi for the Media Summit 2011.He was busy giving a lecture on 3D.

It was a coincidence that during the same time director Priyadarshan was busy with his team shooting for his forthcoming Malayalam film in Dubai for Arabiyum, Ottakavum, P. Madhavan Nairum. The main role in this film is played by Mohanlal and the actress in the lead role is Lakshmi Rai. The shooting is in the desert of Al Kadhina

Priyadarshan had a scheduled appointment with James Cameron in the hotel but to his surprise James Cameron landed at the location where Priyadarshan was shooting. He glanced at the heroine Lakshmi Rai who was then shooting with actor Mohanlal and was quite impressed with her acting skills.

When she addressed the media from Abu Dhabi, the excited actress expressed that meeting James Cameron was an experience which she will remember through out her life. It was such a memorable one. According to her, James is one of the creative filmmaker in the current time. She claims to have seen Titanic more than 10 times and also manages to watch Avatar in 3D at the theatre.

Lakshmi Rai is all the more excited at the moment as James Cameroon has decided to choose her as the actress in the forthcoming Hollywood film.

James Cameroon enquired about Indian cinema and spent some time with this actress She confessed that she was a great fan of James Cameroon and did not hesitate to ask him for an opportunity to act in his next film. He has promised to give her a role in part 2 of Avatar. She is eagerly waiting to go to California for another meeting with this director. Only after this meeting will a formal announcement be made about this development. Well, how many actresses will have the courage to do this? Are all Indian directors listening?
